Женщинам, работающим в сельском хозяйстве, предоставляется оплачиваемый отпуск по беременности и родам на 140 календарных дней (70 дней до и 70 дней после родов). В случае осложненных родов, женщинам предоставляется 156 календарных дней (70 дней до и 86 после родов), а в случае многоплодных родов (70 дней до и 110 дней после родов).
<14> Отпуск по беременности и родам составляет 18 недель (20 недель в случае затрудненного рождения ребенка или в случае рождения 2 или более детей).
<15> Отпуск по беременности и родам составляет 365 дней после рождения ребенка.
<16> Отпуск по беременности и родам составляет 9 месяцев в случае рождения 1 ребенка и 12 месяцев в случае рождения 2 или более детей.
<17> Работающие женщины имеют право на отпуск по уходу за ребенком сроком на 120 или 150 дней подряд.
<18> Отпуск по беременности и родам: 14 недель после рождения ребенка.
<19> Беременная сотрудница имеет право на отпуск на срок до двенадцати недель в течение беременности; родившая сотрудница должна быть обеспечена отпуском в течение первых шести недель после родов, за исключением условия наличия рекомендации медицинского учреждения о возобновлении обычного рабочего режима такой сотрудницы. Кроме того, родители должны быть обеспечены правом на отпуск, в общей сложности, в размере 12-ти месяцев.
<20> Работающие женщины имеют право на 14 недель отпуска по беременности и родам: 49 дней предродовых и 49 дней послеродовых.
<21> Отпуск по беременности и родам: 150 дней.
<22> Отпуск по беременности и родам: 26 недель.

Women working in agriculture shall be granted pregnancy and maternity leave for 140 calendar days (70 days before and 70 days after childbirth). In case of abnormal
birth, women should be granted 156 calendar days (70 days before, and 86 after childbirth) and in the event of multiple births (70 days before and 110 days after childbirth).
