**О ПРИЕМЕ НА ДОЛГОСРОЧНУЮ СТАЖИРОВКУ И ЛЕТНИЕ КУРСЫ**
**НА 2019/2020 УЧЕБНЫЙ ГОД** **Соискатели на долгосрочные стажировки должны предоставить в Министерство науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации 2 комплекта документов.**
**Комплект для Минобрнауки России на русском языке (на бумажном носителе в 1 экз.):**
**1. Письмо-представление высшего учебного заведения, подписанное ректором или проректором. В случае долгосрочной стажировки в Дании обязательно указать выбранный университет (название на русском и английском языках) и срок стажировки (в месяцах). Как подготовить письмо-представление описано в [приложении](#p100039).**
**2. Биографическую справку кандидата в произвольной форме с приклеенной фотографией 3 x 4 см с обязательным указанием фамилии, имени, отчества, даты рождения, места рождения, данных российского внутреннего паспорта, данных загранпаспорта (номер, дата выдачи, срок действия), уровня образования, наличия дипломов, домашнего адреса, контактного телефона и e-mail.**
**3. Справку или сертификат, подтверждающий уровень знания английского языка.**
4. Копию загранпаспорта (первый лист с фотографией). Комплект для принимающей стороны: Документы на бумажном носителе (в 2-х экз.) согласно перечню на сайте http://ufm.dk/en/education-and-institutions/programmes-supporting-cooperation-and-mobility/the-cultural-agreements-programme/the-long-term-scholarships/copy_of_russia на требуемом принимающей стороной языке. Соискатель сам выбирает университет для прохождения стажировки (на сайте по ссылке), далее условия зависят от выбранного вуза. Рекомендуется получить приглашение на стажировку от датского вуза. В соответствии с Соглашением между Данией и Россией для российских студентов и аспирантов доступны следующие стипендии: Стипендии на 5 - 12 месяцев для аспирантов Стипендии на 5 или 10 месяцев (1 или 2 семестра) для студентов магистратуры Стипендии на 5 или 10 месяцев (1 или 2 семестра) для студентов бакалавриата, изучающих датский язык и литературу. Документы на краткосрочные курсы для датской стороны направляются в электронном виде через датский лекторат (это МГУ и Спб. ГУ) или непосредственно в Датское Агентство. Рекомендация преподавателя датского языка обязательна. Студенты до поступления на курсы должны изучать датский язык не менее 2-х лет. Датское Агентство международного образования обращает особое внимание соискателей на необходимость тщательного заполнения заявлений, включая графу о предпочтительном месте стажировки. Заявления, содержащие неполные сведения, рассматриваться не будут. Срок приема документов в Минобрнауки России по долгосрочным стажировкам до 11 февраля 2019 года. Письмо-представление должно содержать следующую информацию: 1. Статус в вузе (студент: курс, факультет; магистрант: курс, факультет; аспирант: год обучения; научно-педагогический работник: должность, ученая степень, ученое звание) 2. На какой вид обучения/работы направляется кандидат, (языковые курсы, языковая стажировка, научная стажировка, научная работа, бакалавриат, магистратура, аспирантура, работа в качестве преподавателя русского языка и т.д.) 3. В какой университет кандидат планирует подать заявку (если заявка подается сразу в несколько университетов - указать все), направление обучения, факультет 4. По возможности указать период обучения/работы (конкретные даты) 5. Краткая характеристика кандидата (почему университет рекомендует именно данного кандидата (заслуги)).

#### Application guidelines Application deadline: March 1, 2019 at 23:59 (CET). Applications submitted after this date will be rejected. For applicants from China, Egypt, and Russia: - Application forms and supporting documentation should be signed and sent in two copies, clearly labelled "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" to the authorities in your home country. Please contact your national authorities for information about their internal deadlines for the scholarship. Your national authorities must then submit the applications of their nominees for a scholarship to the Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education by regular mail, postmarked no later than March 1, 2019. Please do not staple, paper clip or in any way attach documents to each other. - Applicants must also submit their applications by e-mail to kulturaftaler@ufm.dk, no later than March 1, 2019. In the e-mail's subject field, please write your first and last name followed by your home country. A scanned version of your original application (with signatures) and supporting documentation should be attached to the e-mail as one combined PDF file. For applicants from Brazil, Japan, and the Republic of Korea: - Applicants must submit their applications by e-mail to kulturaftaler@ufm.dk, no later than March 1, 2019. The Certificate of Proficiency in English, TOEFL test, or IELTS test should be filled out and signed by the relevant authority or language school at the institution in your home country. #### Timeline for processing of applications March 1, 2019 at 23:59 (CET): Deadline for applications for the Long-Term Scholarships under the Cultural Agreements Late March 2019: E-mail notification to applicants regarding their application status. Applicants will be informed whether or not their application has been approved by the Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education and been forwarded to the requested Danish host institution for assessment and final approval. Mid-May 2019: Final notification to applicants of whether their requested Danish host institution has approved or rejected their application. Successful applicants will receive a Letter of Confirmation by e-mail from the University where the applicant has been accepted.
Please note: If your application is approved by the Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education and forwarded to your requested Danish host institution for assessment and final approval, the Danish host institution may ask you to fill out its own general application form. You must meet their application deadline in order to receive a scholarship.
